Agreement
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a
legally binding agreement between you and Kalpasiri Farms and Foods Pvt Ltd.
Eligibility
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of
entering into a legally binding agreement.
Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time. Kalpasiri Farms and Foods Pvt Ltd
reserves the right to terminate your access to the services at any time, without notice,
for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
Online Shopping Platform
Kalpasiri Farms and Foods Pvt Ltd is not liable for any errors or omissions.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable to the shipping address provided by the
buyer.
Users must review product descriptions before purchasing and are bound by the
conditions of sale.
Orders placed must not be contested.
Product Pricing
We strive to label products accurately, but errors may occur.
Razorpay reserves the right to cancel orders. Refund requests should be directed
to customer support.
Refundable amounts will be credited to the customer's wallet within 3-4 working
days or to the bank account within 5-7 business days after providing the
necessary details.
Offers and Cashback
Maximum cashback is up to ₹150.
Only one offer is applicable at a time.
Offers are valid on recharges and cashback is non-refundable.
Cancellation at the Time of Delivery
Cancellations at the time of delivery are chargeable up to ₹100.
Billing Policy
Billing cycle requirements apply.
Cash payments require OTP confirmation before handing over cash.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for product quality issues, broken packaging, or
spoiled products.
Non-perishable goods can be returned if unused and in good condition.
Returns are free of charge. Refunds are credited to the wallet in the app.
For bank account refunds, contact customer support.
Perishable goods must be returned within 48 hours; other goods within 7 days.
Prepaid/Wallet Products
Users must maintain a certain balance in their prepaid account.
Children's/Disabled Policy
Services are not usable by individuals under the age of 13.
Any collected data regarding children will be immediately deleted.
Adverse Weather Conditions
Deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather. Users will be contacted to
reschedule.
If you are not present during the rescheduled slot, the company may charge you
in full or for the cost of perishable items and delivery.
Privacy Policy
When you use our services, we may collect the following types of data:
Personal Information: This includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, and phone number, which are necessary for order processing and delivery.
Payment Information: We do not store your payment details. Transactions made through our platform are processed securely by our payment gateway provider.
Location Data: Your location may be accessed to provide accurate delivery services. However, location data is not disclosed to any third parties outside of the necessary delivery services.
Your Rights and Choices
Consent: You can withdraw your consent or modify preferences for marketing or non-essential services at any time by contacting customer support.
Cookies: You have the option to opt out of cookie tracking through your browser settings. However, this may affect the usability of our website.
Retention of Information
Information may be retained for backup, archival, audit, legal, tax, or regulatory
purposes even after account deletion.

What is a Wallet?
A prepaid credit account associated with your FarmConnect account, allowing you to
pay a sum without multiple transactions.
Additional Requirements
If delivery is left at the door or security gate, payment must be made online.
Provide the exact amount or round up to the nearest hundred for minimal
contact. Any balance will be credited to your wallet.
VAT/GST applicable policies must be mentioned.
Ensure the safety and security of credit card transactions.
Shipping Policy
Delivery
Delivery is conducted by a fleet of vehicles operating across the city to ensure
timely delivery.
Delivery Charges
Orders > ₹600: ₹50
₹600 < Order < ₹1000: ₹10
Orders ≥ ₹1000: No delivery charge
Variable charges apply for tier 2 and 3 cities, with charges ranging from ₹250
onwards.
Delay of Delivery
Customer support will contact the user in case of delivery delays.
Minimum Order Value
No minimum order value required for delivery.
Handling Charges
₹5 applicable handling charge.
Additional Mentioning Required
Delivery Slots
Modifications or cancellations of products are not possible after the cutoff time.
Next slot availability can be checked under "My Order."
Delivery slot modifications cannot be made once a slot is picked.
Invoice: Ensure that the invoice matches the delivered items. Any discrepancies
can be reported.
