Pioneer of rural upliftment & sustainable agricultureA veterinarian guided by the Gandhian ideals of Mahatma Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave, Dr. Reddy spent more than three decades with the Bharatiya Agro Industries Foundation (BAIF) alongside Dr. Manibhai Desai — working across animal husbandry, forestry, irrigation and watershed management.
He founded Akshayakalpa, India's largest organic dairy, and in 2017 started FarmConnect to create sustainable livelihoods for small-scale farmers and bring organic dairy to more homes.

Founder · tech visionary & eco-farmerBorn into a farming family, Murthy spent 30 years leading large-scale technology and telecom projects. He now brings robotics, AI, IoT and 5G/6G to organic farming — ethically — with one aim: to restore depleted soil and water to their natural state.
